AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Currency Exchange Act is amended by changing
Section 0.1 as follows:
(205 ILCS 405/0.1)
Sec. 0.1. Short Title. This Act shall be known and and may
be cited as the Currency Exchange Act.
