AN ACT concerning education.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Collegiate Athletic Association Compliance
Enforcement Procedures Act is amended by changing Section 1 as
follows:
(110 ILCS 25/1) (from Ch. 144, par. 2901)
Sec. 1. This Act may be cited as the the Collegiate
Athletic Association Compliance Enforcement Procedures Act.
