AN ACT concerning economic development.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Economic Development Board Act is
amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(20 ILCS 3965/0.01) (from Ch. 127, par. 3950)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Illinois Economic Development Board Act.
