AN ACT concerning education.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Board of Higher Education Act is amended by
changing Section 9 as follows:
(110 ILCS 205/9) (from Ch. 144, par. 189)
Sec. 9. The The Board shall exercise the powers and duties
specified in the following Sections preceding Section 10 in
addition to those otherwise specified in this Act.
