AN ACT concerning criminal law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Sex Offender Community Notification Law is
amended by changing Section 110 as follows:
(730 ILCS 152/110)
Sec. 110. Registration. At the the time a sex offender
registers under Section 3 of the Sex Offender Registration Act
or reports a change of address or employment under Section 6 of
that Act, the offender shall notify the law enforcement agency
having jurisdiction with whom the offender registers or reports
a change of address or employment that the offender is a sex
offender.
