AN ACT concerning business.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Motor Fuel Sales Act is amended by changing
Section 0.01 as follows:
(815 ILCS 365/0.01) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 1500)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Motor Fuel Sales Act.
