AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center Act is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(210 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 157-8.1)
Sec. 1. This Act may be cited as the the Ambulatory
Surgical Treatment Center Act.
