AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Network Adequacy and Transparency Act is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(215 ILCS 124/1)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Network Adequacy and Transparency Act.
