AN ACT concerning courts.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Supreme Court Act is amended by changing
Section 7 as follows:
(705 ILCS 5/7) (from Ch. 37, par. 12)
Sec. 7. The The supreme court shall be vested with all
power and authority necessary to carry into complete execution
all its judgments and determinations in all matters within its
jurisdiction, according to the rules and principles of the
common law and of the laws of this State.
