AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Act is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 2405/1) (from Ch. 23, par. 3430)
Sec. 1. It is the the purpose of this Act to provide for
rehabilitation, habilitation and other services to persons
with one or more disabilities, their families and the
community.
