AN ACT concerning education.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section
3-5 as follows:
(105 ILCS 5/3-5) (from Ch. 122, par. 3-5)
Sec. 3-5. Report of official acts. The The county
superintendent shall present under oath or affirmation to the
county board at its meeting in September and as nearly
quarterly thereafter as it may have regular or special
meetings, a report of all his acts as county superintendent,
including a list of all the schools visited with the dates of
visitation.
