Bill Title: Amends the Tanning Facility Permit Act. Provides that the Department of Public Health may deny a permit under the Act, or refuse to renew a permit, in the case of an owner or operator who is certified by the Department of Healthcare and Family Services as being more than 30 days delinquent in complying with a child support order or who is certified by a court as being in violation of the Non-Support Punishment Act for more than 60 days.

on page 2, line 16, by replacing "owner or" with "applicant";
and
on page 2, line 17, by deleting "operator"; and
on page 3, line 23, by replacing "owner or operator" with
"applicant".
