Bill Title: Amends the Department of Transportation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Transportation shall establish an online portal that allows units of local government to submit forms electronically to the Department. The online portal shall provide a tracking feature for the submission as well as a point of contact at the Department of Transportation.

| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, | ||||||
| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | Section 5. The Department of Transportation Law of the | ||||||

| 6 | Section 2705-627 as follows:
