AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Embalming Fluid Act is amended by changing
Section 0.01 as follows:
(225 ILCS 35/0.01) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 280)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Embalming Fluid Act.
