AN ACT concerning finance.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The State Property Control Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(30 ILCS 605/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 133b1)
Sec. 1. The The following words and phrases as used in this
Act, unless a different meaning is required by the context,
have the meanings as set forth in Sections 1.01 to 1.06,
inclusive.
