AN ACT concerning business.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Pre-Need Cemetery Sales Act is
amended by changing Section 5 as follows:
(815 ILCS 390/5) (from Ch. 21, par. 205)
Sec. 5. It is unlawful for any seller directly or
indirectly doing business within this State to engage in
pre-need sales without a license issued by the the Comptroller.
