AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by changing
Section 18c-1101 as follows:

Sec. 18c-1101. Short Title. This Chapter shall be known and
and may be cited as the "Illinois Commercial Transportation
Law".
