AN ACT concerning health.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Environmental Barriers Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(410 ILCS 25/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 3711)
Sec. 1. Short Title. This Act shall be known and may be
cited as the the Environmental Barriers Act.
