| 1 | AN ACT concerning the legislature.

| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | Section 5. The Correctional Budget and Impact Note Act is | |||||||||||||||||||
| 5 | amended by changing Section 7 as follows:

| 7 | Sec. 7.
The fact that a Correctional Budget and Impact Note | |||||||||||||||||||
