AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Metropolitan Transit Authority Act is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(70 ILCS 3605/1) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 301)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
"Metropolitan Transit Authority Act."
