AN ACT concerning economic development.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Coal Technology Development
Assistance Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(30 ILCS 730/1) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 8201)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
"Illinois Coal Technology Development Assistance Act".
