AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1387
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1387 as follows:
"Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by adding Section
3.1-6 as follows:
(520 ILCS 5/3.1-6 new)
Sec. 3.1-6. Non-resident college student hunting program.
(a) A student who is not a resident of Illinois may
purchase a non-resident deer hunting permit and a wild turkey
hunting permit at the resident of Illinois hunting price if
that student:
(1) is currently enrolled as a full-time student at an
accredited post-secondary educational institution in the
State, with 12 credits or more considered full-time;
(2) is 18 to 25 years of age; and
(3) provides a valid, current post-secondary
educational institutional identification card.

(b) The provisions of this Section are subject to
modification by administrative rule.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect January
1, 2012.".
