AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Health Information Exchange and
Technology Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2022)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Illinois Health Information Exchange and Technology Act.
