AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Real Estate Timeshare Act of 1999 is amended
by changing Section 1-1 as follows:
(765 ILCS 101/1-1)
Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Real Estate Timeshare Act of 1999.
