AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Principal and Income Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(760 ILCS 15/1) (from Ch. 30, par. 501)
Sec. 1. Short Title. This Act may be cited as the the
Principal and Income Act.
