AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Employee Arbitration Act is amended by
changing Section 8 as follows:
(820 ILCS 35/8) (from Ch. 10, par. 30)
Sec. 8. Any notice or process issued by the the Department
of Labor shall be served by any sheriff or coroner to whom it
is directed or in whose hands it is placed for service.
