AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Employment of Strikebreakers Act is amended
by changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(820 ILCS 30/0.01) (from Ch. 48, par. 2d.9)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Employment of Strikebreakers Act.
