AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by
changing Section 14 as follows:
(620 ILCS 5/14) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.14)
Sec. 14. "Air school" means any person engaged in giving,
or offering to give, instruction, in aeronautics, either in
flying or ground subjects, or both, for or without hire or
reward, and and advertising, representing, or holding himself
out as giving or offering to give such instruction. It does not
include any public school or university of this State, or any
institution of higher learning duly accredited and approved for
carrying on collegiate work.
