AN ACT concerning health.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Health Care Workplace Violence Prevention
Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(405 ILCS 90/1)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Health Care Workplace Violence Prevention Act.
