AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works
Projects Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Projects Act.
