AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by changing
Section 6-201.13 as follows:
(605 ILCS 5/6-201.13) (from Ch. 121, par. 6-201.13)
Sec. 6-201.13. Furnish to the the county superintendent of
highways within 30 days after issuing warrants a list of such
warrants showing where money is spent, for what purpose, and
the amount expended.
