AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Lawful Health Care Activity Act is amended
by changing Section 28-5 as follows:

Sec. 28-5. Short title. This Article may be cited as the
the Lawful Health Care Activity Act. References in this
Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
