Bill Title: Amends the Probation and Probation Officers Act. Provides that for the plan year for State fiscal year 2016, the Division of Probation Services of the Supreme Court shall review the requirements of the annual plan and plan for individualized services and programs in order to streamline the plan and plan-approval process. Provides that the Division of Probation Services shall present this review to the Probation Advisory Council. Effective July 1, 2015.

AN ACT concerning criminal law.
| ||||
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||
Section 5. The Law Enforcement Information Task Force Act | ||||
is amended by changing Sections 20 and 25 as follows:

Sec. 20. Preliminary and final report. | ||||
(a) The Task Force shall provide a preliminary report to | ||||
the Governor and General Assembly on or before July 15, 2017 | ||||
December 15, 2016, if the final report is not completed by | ||||
then. | ||||
(b) The Task Force shall issue a final report to the | ||||
Governor and General Assembly on or before October 15 January | ||||
15, 2017. The report shall include recommendations for | ||||
legislation, use of technology, and other non-legislative | ||||
processes that would improve the criminal discovery process and | ||||
law enforcement information sharing.
