AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Sexual Harassment Victim Representation Act
is amended by changing Section 3-1 as follows:
(820 ILCS 61/3-1)
Sec. 3-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the
Sexual Harassment Victim Representation Act. References in
this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
