AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The New Harmony Bridge Authority Act is amended
by changing Section 5-1 as follows:
(45 ILCS 185/5-1)
Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Part may be cited as the the
New Harmony Bridge Authority Act. References in this Part to
"this Act" mean this Part.
