AN ACT concerning aging.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Senior Citizens Real Estate Tax Deferral Act
is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(320 ILCS 30/1) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 451)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
"Senior Citizens Real Estate Tax Deferral Act".
