1 AN ACT concerning aging.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly Act is
5 amended by changing Section 25 as follows:
6 (320 ILCS 40/25) (from Ch. 23, par. 6925)
7 Sec. 25. Rules and regulations. The The Department of
8 Healthcare and Family Services shall promulgate rules and
9 regulations necessary to implement this Act.
