AN ACT concerning public aid.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Medicaid Technical Assistance Act is
amended by changing Section 185-1 as follows:
(305 ILCS 75/185-1)
Sec. 185-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the
the Medicaid Technical Assistance Act. References in this
Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
