AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Health Maintenance Organization Act is
amended by changing Section 6-1 as follows:
(215 ILCS 125/6-1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1418.1)
Sec. 6-1. This Article shall be known and and may be cited
as the "Illinois Health Maintenance Organization Guaranty
Association Law".
