AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Economic Development Area Tax Increment
Allocation Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 620/1) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 1001)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and and may be
cited as the Economic Development Area Tax Increment Allocation
Act.
