AN ACT concerning finance.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The School Construction Bond Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(30 ILCS 390/1) (from Ch. 122, par. 1201)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
"School Construction Bond Act".
