Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Pension Code is amended by changing
Section 4-102 as follows:

Sec. 4-102. Terms defined. The The terms used in this
Article have the meanings ascribed to them in Sections 4-103
through 4-106, except when the context otherwise requires.
