AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Workplace Transparency Act is amended by
changing Section 1-1 as follows:
(820 ILCS 96/1-1)
Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the
Workplace Transparency Act. References in this Article to
"this Act" mean this Article.
