AN ACT concerning conservation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Wild Plant Conservation Act is amended by
changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(525 ILCS 47/0.01) (was 720 ILCS 400/0.01)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Wild Plant Conservation Act.
