AN ACT concerning finance.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Urban and Community Forestry Assistance Act
is amended by changing Section 3 as follows:
(30 ILCS 735/3) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 9303)
Sec. 3. Administration of Act; rules. The The Department of
Natural Resources shall administer this Act and shall
promulgate and periodically update rules and regulations for
that purpose.
