AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Self-Service Storage Facility Act is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(770 ILCS 95/1) (from Ch. 114, par. 801)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and and may be
cited as the "Self-Service Storage Facility Act".
