AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 337
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 337, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
1, as follows:
on page 3, immediately below line 18, by inserting the
following:
"The Southern Illinois University Income Fund shall not be
subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks,
including, but not limited to, those that would in any way
result in the transfer of any funds from the Southern Illinois
University Income Fund to any other fund of this State or in
having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than the
express purposes set forth in this Act."; and
on page 7, immediately below line 10, by inserting the
following:
"The Northern Illinois University Income Fund shall not be

subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks,
including, but not limited to, those that would in any way
result in the transfer of any funds from the Northern Illinois
University Income Fund to any other fund of this State or in
having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than the
express purposes set forth in this Act."; and
on page 14, immediately below line 6, by inserting the
following:
"The Illinois State University Income Fund shall not be
subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks,
including, but not limited to, those that would in any way
result in the transfer of any funds from the Illinois State
University Income Fund to any other fund of this State or in
having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than the
express purposes set forth in this Act."; and
on page 21, immediately below line 1, by inserting the
following:
"The Chicago State University Income Fund shall not be
subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks,
including, but not limited to, those that would in any way
result in the transfer of any funds from the Chicago State
University Income Fund to any other fund of this State or in
having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than the
express purposes set forth in this Act."; and

on page 27, immediately below line 20, by inserting the
following:
"The Eastern Illinois University Income Fund shall not be
subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks,
including, but not limited to, those that would in any way
result in the transfer of any funds from the Eastern Illinois
University Income Fund to any other fund of this State or in
having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than the
express purposes set forth in this Act."; and
on page 34, immediately below line 14, by inserting the
following:
"The Governors State University Income Fund shall not be
subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks,
including, but not limited to, those that would in any way
result in the transfer of any funds from the Governors State
University Income Fund to any other fund of this State or in
having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than the
express purposes set forth in this Act."; and
on page 41, immediately below line 9, by inserting the
following:
"The Northeastern Illinois University Income Fund shall
not be subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or
chargebacks, including, but not limited to, those that would in

any way result in the transfer of any funds from the
Northeastern Illinois University Income Fund to any other fund
of this State or in having any such funds utilized for any
purpose other than the express purposes set forth in this
Act."; and
on page 48, immediately below line 4, by inserting the
following:
"The Western Illinois University Income Fund shall not be
subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks,
including, but not limited to, those that would in any way
result in the transfer of any funds from the Western Illinois
University Income Fund to any other fund of this State or in
having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than the
express purposes set forth in this Act."; and
on page 55, immediately below line 5, by inserting the
following:
"The University Income Fund shall not be subject to sweeps,
administrative charges, or chargebacks, including, but not
limited to, those that would in any way result in the transfer
of any funds from the University Income Fund to any other fund
of this State or in having any such funds utilized for any
purpose other than the express purposes set forth in this
Act.".
