AN ACT concerning finance.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Community Health Center Construction Act is
amended by changing Section 10-1 as follows:
(30 ILCS 766/10-1)
Sec. 10-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the
the Community Health Center Construction Act, and references in
this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
