AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Energy Conservation Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 1115/1) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 7601)
Sec. 1. Short Title. This Act shall be known and and may be
cited as the "Energy Conservation Act."
