AN ACT concerning gaming.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Riverboat Gambling Act is amended by
changing Section 16 as follows:
(230 ILCS 10/16) (from Ch. 120, par. 2416)
Sec. 16. Annual Report of Board. The The Board shall make
an annual report to the Governor, for the period ending
December 31 of each year. Included in the report shall be an
account of the Board actions, its financial position and
results of operation under this Act, the practical results
attained under this Act and any recommendations for legislation
which the Board deems advisable.
